How we work
From photos to a finished film — 3 steps
We agree on direction, scope and timing first. You approve the finished film before publication.
Payment and working terms
We confirm the scope in writing. Pilot, Ad Test and Individual: 50% deposit, balance after approval. Subscriptions are paid monthly in advance. Subscriptions and Individual projects include a contract. I issue invoices after payment. AI disclosure is agreed for the content and placement.

Before you write
Is AI video legal, and does it need to be labelled?
AI-assisted video can be used commercially when you have rights to the source materials and follow advertising rules. Disclosure depends on the content and placement. I provide an AI-use note and help you check the relevant platform requirements.
What do you need from me?
Please send product photos from several angles and close-ups of important details, such as material, seams, packaging, labels or finish. We agree which features must match the original and where the film will run. I use these materials to create and check the product shots.
How do I keep your product true to the original?
A faithful portrayal of the product is the foundation of my work. Before production, we agree which features must match the original: colour, shape, texture, labels and distinctive details. I compare every shot with the brand photos and materials, then refine it to match the approved references. You approve the finished film so the product is presented as it looks in real life.
How can I use the finished videos?
You can use the films under the agreed licence in your own store, social media and selected ads. Allegro Ads differs from video in a product gallery; Amazon Sponsored Brands Video has different requirements from vertical Reels. An Etsy listing video is prepared as a separate file for that placement. We agree on the placement before production. Music terms are provided with the order.
How fast will I get the video?
Pilot: delivery from 48 hours after receipt of complete materials and brief approval; the exact delivery date is agreed when ordering. Start Ads: 3–4 working days from complete photos and an approved brief. Premium Brand: up to 48 hours per film after materials are agreed. Individual: 10 working days from concept approval.
Can I see an example with my product?
Send your photos and product link and I will assess their suitability for free. A test film is made under the paid Pilot package at 790 zł net. That price is deducted from the first subscription month if you subscribe within 30 days.
